I am a Computer and Education Graduate (MCA and MEd).   After my Mphil (Computers) I started my career as lecturer in Amity University and continuedin several other institutions. However after 8 Years’ experience in educating college students , I felt for educating younger students and so started working in Schools as Teacher, Head Mistress  and Principal.

I want to be fully involved with younger students for theirall-round development, progressive education and imparting new skills. Education means sustainable development for children and society but its really disturbing and heartening to realize thatespecially in India children are not aware about right career education path.

The children in India decide their carrier based on peer decision or parents’ aspirations. Studentsare choosing their field of education without knowing where it will lead them and they land in a job or profession where they have no interest and their personality is not matching. Hence it is important to choose correct path of education as per once personality and interests, so as to land in the right profession and excel in it.
